Support
The support is very good, but occasionally they're a bit overwhelmed
(they are one of the biggest sellers on the market), and a reply may take
a bit longer than one would have hoped. However, there's a good step-by-step help guide.
It's really unlikely that you ever need help with this package, but we
tried and we found them pleasant and helpful.
Value for Money
This package is well worth the money.
You get two software packages that separately are priced at $45.95
each, a $91.90 value, for only $59.95.
There are cheaper packages out there, but you really
get a lot more value for very little more money.
