Parallels Desktop for Mac

General

Parallels uses its "Guest OS" to run Windows on top of Mac OS X. This way, you can run either operating system without first shutting the other one down. You can even move your mouse from one system to the other and cut and paste between them. It does all this without appreciably slowing down.

The system tested out well. Everything works as normal, and the system is quite user-friendly. Anyone who frequently needs to use software that is not available for the Mac, will find this to be the most comfortable and most effective solution.*

*The above description is loosely based on tests performed and reported on by Aanrader, a Belgian system review company, which rates the system as 92/100 (If you can read Dutch, have a look at it by clicking here).  The Description below is taken directly from Parallels' own website. The remaining observations about support and ease of operation, etc. are our own.
