RegCure Registry Optimizer

RegCure's Registry Optimizer is one of the best software packages on the market. It is fast, effective, easy to operate, versatile, and very reasonably priced.
 

Ease of Operation

We found this package easy to install after download, and easy to operate as well. The initial opening screen (see Figure 1 below) is self-explanatory and does not need any knowledge of registries or the inner workings of computers.

Effectiveness

Our tests show that this neat looking package is one of the best and most comprehensive registry cleaners, with respect to registry cleaning on a par with any of the other ones we feature on our site. Figure 2 below shows what RegCure found on our test computer. Note the clear and simple instructions: "Click Next to Proceed."

Features

The opening screen (see Figure 3 below) clearly shows the features of this package, as well as the types of registry problems it looks for. One feature we like is the option to adjust the settings.  Figure 3 below shows the General Settings you can turn on or off.

There are other settings as well that you can adjust, beyond just cleaning your registry, to help speed up your computer. For example, you have the option to determine yourself which programs you want to automatically start when you start your computer. Figure 4 below shows our test computer's current programs that start up at start up time. We could delete some of those, or add some.

Support

With this type of program, you really don't need technical help very often. However, if you have a question or run into a problem, you can e-mail and they will respond within one business day.

Systems

This program will work on  Windows 98 or better, up to Windows XP.

Conclusion

We are really impressed with this package. It offers very good value for money and we whole-heartedly recommend it to you. If you buy it you will not be disappointed.
