Ease of Use

The screens have been carefully designed to be easy to understand and easy to use, and the instructions are short, clear and to the point. Generally, they tell you what the system is currently doing, how far it has progressed in that process, and what you can do to stop it, change it, or do something else.

Effectiveness

This system does what it's supposed to do, and it does it well. It certainly boosted the performance of our test computer substantially.
One thing we found interesting with the registry cleaner is that it focuses not so much on removing everything that might be redundant, but more on removing the items that actually slow your computer down or take up substantial amounts of space.
The spyware eraser program does its job quite nicely. What's important with this package is that as new spyware appears, your program needs to be updated, and Uniblue has a system of free online updates to deal with that problem.
The SpeedUpMyPC optimizer works well. The trick here is to run it regularly, and you can set this package to do its job automatically at regular intervals.
Incidentally, all three of the packages can be set to run automatically at preset intervals.

Support

As a test, we sent the same email inquiry to the support department of each of the systems we tested, at the same time, about 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. Uniblue was the first to respond, at 1:30 a.m. in the middle of the night. Their response was friendly and informative. This confirmed their statement that they offer 24-hour-a-day support, seven days a week. Earlier phone contact with them convinced us that they take the support function very seriously, and genuinely want to be there for you when you need help.

Operating Systems

These are highly specialized programs, geared to work for Windows 2000 and  Windows XP.
They're currently working on Vista compatibility. As this is complex stuff, it will probably take them until June or July before they have an error-free Vista-compatible package.

They are not as clear as we'd like them to be (due to reduction, we assume), but we'll try to remedy that in the near future.
