You can also contact iSofter support by email. We tried email
and found the response good. We tried it at noon on March 30, and
received the response at 11:30 on March 31, i.e. within 24 hours. As with
a lot of Asia-based software companies, their day may be your night, so
you can get some delays that way.
Overall assessment
All in all, this is a very good system about which we've had some
