Ease of Operation

This program is indeed very easy to install and operate. While it is quite  sophisticated, it is designed so that anyone including a beginner, can operate it with ease. We've had good feedback from our customers on this aspect.

Support

There's a good help section that should see you through almost all situations. You can also contact Avex support by email. We tried email and found the Avex response good but occasionally a little slow. As with a lot of Asia-based software companies, their day may be your night, so you can get some delays that way.
