TZ Spyware/Adware Remover is a good software package that does the job quite nicely. However, it lacks some of the features found in several of the other packages reviewed. For example, it has no scan scheduling feature, nor does it list the severity of the infections it has found.
This package protects against spyware, adware, trojans, cookies and BHOs, and is generally quite effective.
With respect to support, there's no integrated Help documentation, but they will take care of you when you e-mail them. We are not clear on how you keep the system up to date.
Conclusion
At $32.00, we think the value for money is OK, but not excellent. As you can see, we like this product, but we are not particularly excited about it, hence our Number 4 ranking.
